Azerbaijan urges Armenia to apologize for Khojaly genocide

By Sabina Mammadli Presidential aide Hikmat Hajiyev has urged Armenia to apologize to Azerbaijan for the genocide committed in Khojaly town in Karabakh in 1992. He made the remarks at a conference commemorating the 30th anniversary of the Khojaly genocide.
